The course introduces students to the threats from cyberspace as well as the possible ways to navigate these. Specifically, it engages the debates on the extent to which the emergence of cyber weapons are bringing a fundamental change to international relations, and it assess the political counter measures currently being proposed. Throughout the course, students will be forced to critically reflect on the nature and politics of the current cyber threat landscape as well as on the core concepts in International Relations and Security Studies.
